This newest announcement is in conjunction with Oracle’s commitment to the continuous innovation of Oracle EBS 12.2 with Oracle’s Applications Unlimited program that helps customers maximize the potential of their Oracle investments by delivering ongoing applications and technology updates without the need for a major upgrade. This is a significant improvement to the stability of existing systems since with E-Business Suite 12.2, Oracle decouples the update of middleware technology from the update of applications functionality. Once running on 12.2, customers can make new application updates while retaining their current version of middleware technology. When there is an update of the middleware technology, they can apply the update while retaining their current applications code level.
